Marsela is a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, born in Shkodër and raised in Tirana.

She has been part of civil society for years, initially at the Child Rights Center Albania (CRCA), where she was one of the co-founders of the Youth Parliament of Tirana. Later, Marsela was engaged in other organizations and volunteering groups, but also in the media, as part of the Dimension4 show on the RTSH national television. In addition to these experiences, she has been a participant in several projects and trainings developed by various organizations in Europe.

Recently, she was part of the pool of experts of the Western Balkans Youth Lab, a project supported by the Regional Cooperation Council. Marsela also worked as a project coordinator for the Institute of Social Studies and Humanities. Currently, she is a board member at the Veliera Institute.


All these experiences have served her not only to grow individually and professionally but also to further develop her passion for the protection of human rights, youth participation, and representation, up to the United Nations organization as the fourth generation of youth delegates of Albania.

Aldi is 24 years old, born and raised in Kurbin, but now living in Tirana. He studied law at the Faculty of Law at the University of Tirana, graduating with a Master of Science in Criminal Law. He continued his studies in the United Kingdom graduating in International Law at the University of Westminster, in London.

He is passionate about international law and sees himself as an activist especially on the rights of young people and their involvement at national and international levels.
Aldi has contributed to civil society from a young age by being a volunteer and participant in several organizations in Albania such as World Vision, Albanian Young Leaders Forum, AIESEC, ELSA Albania, Leadership Development Association. Furthermore, he has been part of several international conferences and trainings such as Model European Union and Model United Nations, as well as numerous trainings in the field of International Law and the role of the UN in the process of maintaining peace and security.

He describes himself as an enthusiastic person about decision-making policies and involvement in politics, mainly with a focus on young people. Aldi is now one of the Albanian Youth Delegates to the UN for 2023.
